Course
Description
To properly fill the role of secretary or “personal assistant”
(“PA”) this person must have certain abilities in organisation and
interpersonal skills. Coming in to contact with information that is
often confidential in nature, the secretary must be capable of
mastering sometimes stressful situations, taking into account the
different personalities and people with whom they have to work. This
course is designed to allow them to do that in a highly professional
and effective manner.
When the role of a secretary is added to a management or
supervisory function, the secretary can be confronted with a whole
range of new difficulties. With this in mind, the course has been
created to offer participants the opportunity to experience critical
professional situations referring to the underlying theory based on
professional reality.

At the end of the course, delegates will be able to
work more effectively with senior management and play a key
role in the management team
understand business goals, improve information flow and
proactively support their bosses
appreciate different management styles and adapt to preferred
