Managing Suppliers and Outsourcing

Course Description

Using external suppliers is very attractive when it frees up time to focus on core business. It should provide productivity gains and reduce complexity, time and costs.

This course will focus on ensuring that employees involved in the management of suppliers and outsourcing can keep expenditure fully under control and are realising all savings opportunities. The course is highly participative, combining the presentation of theory and guidelines with individual and group exercises.
