Process Analysis and Improvement

Course Description

Because of the massive amounts of information that modern companies process, they are dependent on information technology. Even the best technology, however, will not help, if the processes that it supports are not efficient. To ensure productivity, reduce costs and remain competitive,
companies must constantly improve their operational processes.

This course provides companies with the tools they need to analyse and improve their operational processes. Through the use of these tools, the course helps participants focus on making their processes more efficient and adding value for their customers. Participants learn to analyse,
evaluate and improve their current processes and gain an insight into the perspectives of everyone who is engaged in the process analysis and
improvement process.
