Team Leadership
Course
Description
This course is designed to improve team performance by teaching
delegates the essential elements of leading a team. It addresses the
core issues of leadership and management and uses a large number of
interactive exercises, both physical and intellectual. Participants

enable them to assess their current knowledge and understanding and
identify points for development.
The course focuses on leading teams, but also includes techniques
