Description
Facilitation is all about helping a group of people at mixed
levels achieve their goals and objectives. Effective facilitation
depends upon the ability to recognise the stage of group development
the team is at and apply the appropriate facilitation skills and
techniques to move them forward.
This course teaches specific techniques and facilitation styles
and enables participants to employ the correct application of theory
to their own situation. Group exercises are used extensively
throughout the course to encourage participants to practice the
skills they learn.

Target Audience
The course provides coaching and training for facilitators who
frequently facilitate meetings and other group events and want to
gain maximum performance and contribution from the group involved.
It is equally suitable for managers, team leaders and operational
staff and can also be used to form part of a structured team
development programme.
