Real Estate Funds
Course
Description
With low correlation to other financial instruments (bonds,
equities) real
estate investing is becoming an increasingly popular way to
diversify a
portfolio. Real estate funds make investing in this sector
particularly easy
for clients who may not have the expertise or financial backing to
buy
property directly.
This course sets out to explain the different types of real
estate investment
funds and real estate investment trusts and the way they operate.
The
course will introduce and explain the increasingly popular real
estate fund
industry. Real estate investment funds and real estate investment
trusts
have begun to find their way into a larger number of portfolios by
offering
both attractive returns as well as diversity to other financial
products.
