Finance for Non-financial Managers
Course
Description
Corporate finance and accounting are essential tools for every
company.
Without them, a company cannot judge its present economic situation
and its future viability. Because of an increased focus on cost
management, corporate finance is no longer restricted to the
accounting department. Managers in every department are now involved
in compiling budgets, writing business cases and performing cost
accounting.
The purpose of this course is to provide department managers and
their support staff with the knowledge theey need to perform the
department-level accounting tasks that are often required of them.
No previous knowledge or experience in accounting or finance is
required.
