Coaching
Course
Description
Coaching aims at creating an environment of growth, well-being
and
optimisation of the individual’s potential. It will enable the
coachee to think differently about topics such as career
development, the work-life-balance, team and self-positioning within
their organisation. It is a method of helping people deal with
conflicts and change and to use and develop different management
approaches.
Coaching sessions are delivered one-on-one and the coaching
process uses questioning techniques to facilitate the individual’s
own thought process in order to identify solutions and actions. It
gives a space for the individual to build upon his or her skills, to
better understand obstacles to personal development, and to acquire
better self-knowledge. For the coaching to be successful, the
content of the sessions will remain confidential between coachee and
coach. The objectives of the coaching process can be established in
a three-party session between the coachee, client and the coach.
