training courses

With our 2007 catalogue, we have segmented our service offering into three levels to meet the needs of our clients more effectively. The different levels are:

  • 100 – Courses on the 100 level are designed to cover a wide range of fundamental concepts in a given area; the objective of 100-level courses is often to lay the foundation for 200-level courses, which are more narrowly focused and provide more depth on each individual topic.
  • 200 – Courses on the 200 level are normally more limited in breadth, but they focus on depth in covering the detailed characteristics of a specific topic.
  • 300 – Courses on the 300 level are unique to each customer and completely customised to meet specific requirements; also included in the 300 level are a series of value-added services, such as consulting, individual training and coaching. Please see "value added services" for information about 300 level courses.

With our segmentation, new employees or even experienced employees needing a wider perspective may want to begin with some of our 100 series courses to help them acquire a solid foundation in an area of financial services. Managers and more experienced staff may prefer to focus on 200-level courses, which will allow them to go into more depth on a particular topic. 300-level courses are necessary, when the client’s requirements are unique and cannot be met with standard courses.
