The course covers a range of topics from the fundamentals of company law to the execution of statutory documents and is delivered by a practising commercial lawyer with extensive experience in Luxembourg. As with all fast training technical courses, it is possible for the standard course to be tailored to your requirements and your own company documentation can form an integral part of the course. The course can be delivered in English, French, and Luxembourgish (materials are provided in French and English).
