We do not live alone or work in isolation. Knowing your personality type may help you to understand yourself better as well as the people around you. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is designed to identify each person's personality type and to make it understandable and useful. The basis for the indicator is Jung’s psychological types. In this course we will focus on how knowledge of personality types can improve our communication.

Taking this course, getting the MBTI inventory and receiving feedback will:

• help you identify your unique gifts,
• enhance understanding of yourself: motivations, strengths, potential areas for growth,
• help you appreciate people who differ from you,
• develop improved communication strategies for types who differ from you and
• encourage productive cooperation with others

There are new courses, improvements and developments to existing courses and even a whole new approach to fulfilling your training needs in “fast intensive™.” There is information on all the Financial and Management soft skills training courses and programmes which are offered by fast as “in-house” training, or as public “Open Courses” during the year. Our flexibility and adaptability mean that we can be certain we can find a solution that fits your needs, regardless of subject, context or number of people needing to be trained.
